If your Sunlight Group EMS is connected to the Internet via a mobile network, you must provide at least 5GB of data usage per month, and if you connect more than 5 devices to the Sunlight Group EMS, you must additionally provide 1GB/device.
If you use external control signals (e.g. for curtailment, imbalance market connections, ... etc.), it is highly recommended to use a fixed Internet connection or an unlimited mobile data plan.

Data Saver reduces controller-to-cloud traffic by summarising readings and uploading them in batches. Local measurement storage and local control continue, but app data is no longer live and remote settings are synchronised less frequently.
